Terms and Conditions (full details to be found in the booking contract):

• We welcome a maximum of 8 guests to enjoy our holiday home
  To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure a positive experience for all, we ask that no parties or large gatherings are held. In our village, we also ask to respect the nightly silence from 10pm onwards
• We offer a smoke-free environment so we ask not to smoke in the property
• Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets
• Upon departure, we ask that you leave the property in a tidy state. This includes emptying the dishwasher, disposing of waste in the appropriate containers, cleaning the fridge, oven and plancha and leaving the property swept clean
• Check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you check-out no later than 10am (or 4pm on Sundays) on the day of departure. We can also arrange flexible times if that suits your schedule better
• The booking is confirmed once we have received the completed and signed booking contract and the deposit has been paid. Payment is divided as follows: 50% at the time of booking and 50% no later than 14 days before your stay, together with a deposit of EUR 300

Services included in the booking:

• Cleaning of the property after your stay
• Bed and bath linen
• Starter pack for the kitchen
• Cot and high chair
• Water and electricity

Not included in your booking:

• Electricity consumption for charging electric vehicles (0.5 EUR/kWh)
• Tourist tax (4 EUR total per night)

Please note: Services outside our direct responsibility, such as third-party rentals, tours and entrance fees, are not included in the reservation fee.
